Transfer Instructions
Note: This applies to referees who have moved to Virginia and were certified in another state for the current or upcoming year.
Referees with a U.S. Soccer Federation license may easily transfer from state to state. The process to transfer your license to Virginia is fairly easy but there are just a few steps to complete.
Step 1: Browse to OMS: Officials Management Systems
Step 2: Click on “Transfer Registration”
Step 3: Click on “New Member” and create a profile. Be sure to use the same information that is in the U.S. Soccer Learning Center, including your email and birthday.
Step 4: Pay the Transfer Fee which covers the cost of transferring your license and running Your own background check.
Step 5: Browse to the U.S. Soccer Learning Center and log in. Go to your profile in the upper right, update your personal information, and scroll down to the “Relationships” area. Click on “Manage Relationships” and add “Virginia State Referee Committee.”
Step 6: When complete with the above, notify the State Registrar at (pmcfall0910@gmail.com)
