DESCRIPTION:2026 Refereeing CELL Webinar Series April – Game Management \nJoin us on Wednesday\, April 15th for the second webinar in our 2026 Referee Continuing Education Lifelong Learning (CELL) series. This month’s webinar will focus on Game Management\, presented by Esse Baharmast\, FIFA & Concacaf Refereeing Instructor\, and  U.S. Soccer National Referee Coach. This session is open to all active match official license holders\, including Referee Mentors and Mentors+. \nEach month\, the CELL series will cover a specific theme focusing on the U.S. Refereeing Way. The aim of the series is to provide practical education that supports match officials and enhances their experience\, with sessions designed to focus on the practical application of the topics on the field. They will look at the key moments referees face during matches and how they can recognize\, manage\, and respond to them. \nIn a new innovation this year\, our Referee CELL webinars will also be live translated into Spanish for those who are able to join online\, and recordings with both English and Spanish audio will be made available after the sessions on the U.S. Soccer Refereeing Department YouTube channel. \nREGISTRATION \nOnce you have registered\, you will receive the Zoom link to attend.
