The State Referee Committee is pleased to announce that the 15th annual Neptune Referee Academy at the Beach Soccer Blast will be held on August 1, 2, and 3, 2025. All matches for this event are played at the Hampton Roads Soccer Complex in Virginia Beach. 

If you are a Referee – at least 18 years of age or older - who has officiated as a center referee at the adult level for a minimum of 2 years (A WAIVER FOR LESS THAN 2 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE MAY BE CONSIDERED) and you are interested in improving your skills as a referee, especially at the adult level, please apply for this academy. If selected, you will receive feedback from Referee Coaches and National Referee Coaches as well as tournament referee pay for all of the matches you officiate. Mileage is not reimbursable. This Academy is for DCV-registered referees only. YOU MUST MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA TO APPLY.

Reply by 3 PM on July 14, 2025, to be considered for this Academy. LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
