USSF has recently published the revised 2009 edition of the Advice to Referees on the Laws of the Game.  There are no printing limitations to this publication which can now be downloaded from the USSF website.
 
The publication contains valuable information and clarification on the correct application of the Laws of the Game including recent interpretations and modifications set by the International Football Association Board.  All referees are strongly encouraged to download and consult the publication as a useful reference source.
